Kuwait-Based Imam Mahdi Hussainiya Commemorates Poignant Anniversary of Entry of Caravan of Ahl al‑Bayt Captives to Damascus

The Imam Mahdi (may Allah hasten his reappearance) Hussainiya, a center affiliated with the office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Kuwait, organized a ceremony to commemorate the anniversary of the arrival of the caravan of the Ahl al‑Bayt captives in Damascus, as well as the first anniversary of the passing of Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Hosseini Shirazi, son of the eminent Marja’ Ayatollah Sadiq Hosseini Shirazi (may Allah sanctify his soul).

The ritual took place on 1 Safar 1447 AH, attended by a gathering of Shia followers of the Ahl al‑Bayt (peace be upon them), and featured a speech by Hujjat al-Islam Sheikh Mohammed al‑Saleh.
