Al-Zainabiya Scientific Seminary in Syria celebrates Eid al-Ghadeer

The Al-Zainabiya Scientific Seminary in Sayyeda Zainab, Damascus, affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority, held a joyful celebration on the occasion of the Greatest Eid, Eid al-Ghadeer.

The Al-Zainabiya Scientific Seminary in Sayyeda Zainab, Damascus, affiliated with the Shirazi Religious Authority, held a joyful celebration on the occasion of the Greatest Eid, Eid al-Ghadeer.

The celebration was attended by many clerics, students of religious sciences, and a large crowd of Ahlulbayt followers.

The event included the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a poem in honor of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and a speech delivered by Sheikh Moqbel al-Hamad.

The celebration concluded with the distributed of the prizes for the cultural competition organized by the Cultural Committee regarding summarizing the book “Explaining the Message of Imam al-Sadiq to the Shias” by Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Husseini al-Shirazi.
