The Commander of the Federal Police Forces, Lieutenant General Jaafar al-Battat, revealed the adoption of a new security plan to pursue the remnants of ISIS terrorist organization and the formation of Special Forces to track down terrorist targets.
Al-Battat said in a televised interview, that “We have adopted a special security plan to track down ISIS terrorists and have formed special forces headed by the team leaders to track the terrorist targets,” noting that a timeframe has been given for the plan.
Al-Battat added, “What happened in northern Samarra needs to be reviewed with security plans,” noting that “the federal police forces are in full control.”
The Commander of the Federal Police pointed out that “ISIS terrorist organization is a simple and miserable detachment,” noting that “the launch of major military operations with the participation of all the sectors is near.”
