Quranic Research Contest launched in Iraq
The Quran House at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine launched a Quranic research contest under the title, “Guidance for the Worlds” within the activities of the International Day of the Holy Quran.

The Quran House at Imam Hussain Holy Shrine launched a Quranic research contest under the title, “Guidance for the Worlds” within the activities of the International Day of the Holy Quran.
Murtada Jamal al-Din, official of the Center for Research and Studies in the House, said, “Within the various activities of the International Day of the Holy Quran, a contest for Quranic research has been launched in order to contribute to the knowledge role that must accompany these critical conditions in which are living.”
He pointed out that “the contest started from Rajab 27 and will continue until the Night of Power (Ramadan) this year.”
Jamal Al-Din added, “The research includes several subjects including: Globalism in Quranic discourse, Quranic Education for the Individual and Society, References to Medicine and Preventive Medicine in the Holy Quran, Quranic Awareness in Contemporary Reality, Global Affliction and Sunnah in the Holy Quran, indicating that the preparatory committee has set conditions for the participating researches that are subjected evaluation by specialized professors.
The accepted researches will be rewarded and published in the Shrine’s magazines.
