Turkish report deals with one of the most prominent landmarks of its country regarding the commemoration of the martyrs of Karbala

The Turkish newspaper, “Kapadokya Haber” published a detailed report in which it dealt with one of the most prominent religious monuments in the country, which was built to commemorate the eternal battle of Karbala.

In its report, the newspaper said, “The (Haji Bektash Fili) religious complex, in reference to its founder, the philosopher and mystic scientist born in Khorasan, Haji Bektash Fili, to memorialize the holy martyrs of Karbala.”

“It is a religious landmark located in the Hacı Bektaş district of Nevsehir in central Anatolia, and is full of history and spirituality. Moreover, it has been an attraction for all local and foreign residents since its foundation in the thirteenth century AD.”

The report continued, detailing the construction facilities, that “its first courtyard called Nadar Square was decorated with the fountain called ‘The Trilogy’, which was donated by Mrs. Fatima Nuriya Hanim, the wife of the Grand Vizier, Khalil Pasha, in 1902 AD, while the second courtyard, called Darkah Square, is distinguished by its triangular base and pointed arch, as well as its religious and service annexes. “

The Turkish newspaper pointed out that “this religious and historical landmark is decorated from the inside with leaflets representing the Twelve Imams, peace be upon them, and pictures of the founder of the complex, the leaders of the city, as well as seals, crowns, and many works of art and antiquities that tell the stages of the complex’s development throughout history.”
