Austrian Authorities Dismantle ISIS Fundraising Network

Austrian authorities have successfully dismantled a terrorist network linked to the ISIS and arrested nine suspects, Xinhua reported yesterday citing the country’s interior ministry.

According to the source, security forces executed house searches across five federal states on Thursday, confiscating mobile phones, laptops, data storage devices, a substantial amount of cash, and a vehicle.

It added that the suspects, aged 23 to 36, are of Chechen descent and are known long-time supporters of ISIS. The ministry revealed that they have collaborated with ISIS sympathizers in Germany and other European nations.
