Madagascar: Commemoration of martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hassan al-Askari, peace be upon him
Shia followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Hassan al-Askari, peace be upon him, in the city of Majunga in the Republic of Madagascar.
The official website of the Shirazi Religious Authority stated, “The Lady Umm al-Banin Center, peace be upon her, affiliated with Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi in the city of Majunga, commemorates the martyrdom of Imam Hassan al-Askari, may peace be upon him, by holding mourning ceremonies, attended by a group of young Shia followers of Ahlulbayt.”
It added that the mourning ceremonies are held by the Committee of the Khudam Ahl al-Bayt, which shed light on the biography of Imam Hassan al-Askari, peace be upon him, and his great sacrifices.
The centers, offices and Husseiniyahs of the Shirazi Religious Authority organize various mourning ceremonies to commemorate the painful tragedy of the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hasan al-Askari, peace be upon him.
