Al-Husseini said in a statement that the blast in Tuz Khurmato Market, east of Salah Al-Din, was exploded by a mortar shell according to security analyses, and resulted in the injury of seven civilians, four of whom were discharged from hospital as their injuries were not serious.

Al-Husseini said that what happened was an alarm about the danger of the sleeper cells of ISIS, and that there would be a series of strict measures to protect civilians.
