Dominik Stillhart, director of operations for the International Committee of the Red Cross, said in a press interview that millions of people had been forced to leave their homes, 500,000 were killed, tens of thousands were kidnapped, mentioning that the Committee has recorded 22,000 missing persons, and that the relatives of the missing people asked the Red Cross for help in finding them.

Stillhart stated that the International Red Cross is still searching for 3 of its staff members who were previously missing.
