An Interior Ministry spokesman, Nusrat Rahimi, said that “an explosion hit a UN vehicle in the Ninth District in Kabul, leaving one dead and five wounded, according to preliminary information.”
No one has claimed responsibility for the bombing so far, but terrorist groups such as ISIS and the Taliban usually carry out terrorist operations in the area.
