The World Federation of Sufism celebrates the birth anniversary of Imam Hussein in Cairo

The World Federation of Sufi Orders, and the Sheikh of the Azmiyya Order, celebrated the birth anniversary of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, at the headquarters of the Azmiyya Sheikhdom in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
In conjunction with the event, a symposium was held on “Characteristics of the Scientific School of Imam Al-Sadiq, peace be upon him,” and the activities were streamed live on the Federation’s official Facebook page.
A number of people in Cairo participated in the celebration, as the Azmiyya and the World Federation of Sufi Orders have been organizing such activities to revive the occasions of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.
Among the participants in the event were Dr. Ala Al-Din Abu Al-Azaim, President of the World Federation of Sufism, Dr. Abdel Halim Al-Azmi, Secretary of the World Federation, Sheikh Qandil Abdul Hadi, the chief cleric of the Azmiyya Order, Dr. Islam Al-Najjar, Sufi researcher, and Sheikh Talaat Muslim, a researcher and specialist in the sciences of Sufism.
