Imam Ali Islamic Center in Stockholm to host I’tikaf
The Imam Ali, peace be upon him, Islamic Center in Stockholm, Sweden, will host Muslim worshipers who are going to attend I’tikaf (seclusion for worship in a mosque) on the 13th to 15th of the lunar month of Rajab.

The I’tikaf ceremony will begin at the center on March 31, concurrent with the birthday anniversary of Imam Ali, peace be upon him, and continue until April 2.
It will include prayer recitations, religious and cultural classes and speeches on religious and ethical issues.
I’tikaf is a form of worship performed by staying in a mosque for a certain time.
It is a tradition which has been in Islam from the first days of the Revelation.
The Imam Ali, peace be upon him, Islamic Center holds various religious and cultural programs throughout the year for Muslims residing in Stockholm and nearby cities.
