Hind will organize a month-long district-wide campaign under the name “Quran for All”

The Udupi district unit of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind will organize a month-long district-wide campaign under the name “Quran for All”.

In a press release, Shabbir Ahmed, president of the district unit of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind, said that the aim of the campaign is to clear “ignorance and misunderstandings” about Islam and Muslims and it is possible to create a harmonious and peaceful atmosphere in society.

It would also organize indoor meetings, conduct essay competitions, and distribute books, and also give away Kannada and English copies of the Holy Quran.
