Nigeria’s political activists disclosed that they have found a mass grave where hundreds of civilians who were massacred during the Nigerian army’s raids on two Shiite religious centers on December 12 and 13 have been dumped.
Over 1,000 Shia Muslims of Nigeria who were massacred by the Army have been buried in a mass grave in Mando Kaduma cemetery in Kaduna state.
The political activists revealed that after massacring the Shia people in Zaria, the Nigerian army had brought their dead bodies to Kaduna province and buried them in the mass grave.
The Nigerian army attacked two religious centers of the country’s Shia community on December 12, killing hundreds of defenseless civilians there. A few hours later on December 13, the military arrested Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky after raiding his house and killing three of his sons, assistants and followers.
