A translation of the book Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh was unveiled
A translation of the book Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh was unveiled on the sidelines of the Zagreb International Book Fair.
Livia Kardum, a University of Zagreb scholar who edited the work, addressed in the unveiling ceremony, describing Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh as a book abounding in knowledge and teachings for all human beings.
She said the teachings of the book are not limited to anyone or to any period as everyone can benefit from it.
Saade Kanso, the translator also addressed in the ceremony saying that the book is a precious collection of Islamic knowledge.
He added that Shia Muslims are proud of this valuable treasure.
Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh is a collection of prayers attributed to Imam Sajjad, peace be upon him.
