The office of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, has determined the amount of Zakat al-Fitr in various countries of the world.

The office of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi, has determined the amount of Zakat al-Fitr in various countries of the world.

The office set the Zakat in Iraq at 1500 dinars, in Kuwait 1.5 dinars, Bahrain 2 dinars, Lebanon 5,000 pounds, Syria 1800 pounds, Saudi Arabia 20 riyals, and Iran 10,000 tomans.
