The Dar Turath Samarra, or the Heritage of Samarra Center, has issued the book “Al-Bae’”, the last research presented by the late Sayyed Muhammad Hussein al-Shirazi, may Allah bless his soul, in the holy city of Najaf. 

The book is a research reported by one of the Sayyed’s distinguished students Sayyed Ibrahim al- Damaghani .

The book covers some of the issues related to bribery and the sale transaction, as well as other financial issues.
