————————————
A joint interfaith dialogue was held between scholars from the Najaf seminary and representatives of the Vatican, focusing on ethics, justice, and peaceful coexistence.
According to the Interfaith Dialogue Institute’s Telegram channel, Sayyid Jawad Khoei highlighted that the primary global challenge today is the gap between moral values and human action, pointing to wars and conflicts as consequences of this divide. He emphasized the role of the Najaf seminary in defending human dignity and promoting peaceful coexistence.
On the sidelines of the dialogue, meetings were held with Pope Leo XIV to discuss the importance of interfaith dialogue and shared human values, reinforcing collaboration between religious institutions on ethical and humanitarian issues.
