The Holy Shrine of Lady Zainab ( peace be upon her) crowded with pilgrims on the beginning of the month of Safar

The Holy Shrine of Lady Zainab al-Kubra, peace be upon her, in the Syrian capital, Damascus, witnessed a large influx of pilgrims on the beginning of the month of Safar.

Pilgrims flock to the holy shrine from Iraq, Iran and various Islamic and non-Islamic countries.

The holy shrine witnesses the organization of various religious and mourning events and the mourning processions to offer condolences to Lady Zainab, peace be upon her, on the tragic anniversary of the martyrdom of the Master of the Youth of Paradise, Imam Hussein, peace be upon him.

Husseini service processions in the region mobilize the efforts of their volunteers to provide food, drink and rest services to the masses.
