Shias around the world demand the reconstruction of al-Baqee Cemetery

Shia social media activists have launched a campaign on Twitter to demand Saudi authorities to reconstruct the Baqee Cemetery in Medina.

Over 123 thousand tweets were posted by Ahlulbayt lovers from around the world calling on UNICEF to interfere and push Saudi authorities to reconstruct the graves of the Imams, peace be upon them.

The blessed cemetery was demolished by Wahhabis in 1925, due to their false belief that it is forbidden to construct monuments over graves and supplicate there.
