Four children killed in suspected suicide bombing targeting school bus in southwestern Pakistan

At least four children died and over 30 were injured on Wednesday in a suspected suicide attack on a bus carrying students from a military-run Army Public School in Khuzdar district, Balochistan, Arab News reported. Officials are investigating the nature of the bomb, with initial findings pointing to a suicide bombing. The school serves children of army personnel and local civilians.

This attack echoes the 2014 Peshawar Army Public School massacre, which killed more than 150 people and led to a major anti-militancy crackdown. Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi expressed deep sympathy for the victims’ families and condemned the attackers.
