Parachinar: Tragic Incident of Brutal Killing of Shia Youth

In a shocking incident, two Shia youth from Parachinar were deceived and brutally slaughtered by extremists. Disturbing videos of the violence, including footage of their shooting and slaughter, have circulated on social media.

The victims, Ishaq Hussain and Waseem Abbas, had been traveling for employment over the past ten years. Due to the incompetence of state institutions and the blockade of routes leading to Parachinar, they had been stranded in Tull for several days. They sought a safe passage from their local “friends” from a rival sect in the Lower Kurram area, agreeing to pay a substantial sum.

Local individuals assured them that they would safely transport them to Parachinar. However, en route near the Kurram River in the Lower Kurram area of Charkhel, the two young men were ambushed by extremist terrorists. They were subjected to brutal violence and were mercilessly slaughtered after being shot. Their local guide survived the attack.

The terrorists also released a video of this heartbreaking incident, which is currently circulating on social media.

The people of Parachinar have long been targeted by extremists due to the state’s incompetence and the silence of security agencies. Following this tragic event, there is a growing distrust in state institutions. The public is increasingly demanding decisive operations to eliminate terrorists and calling for the right to take appropriate measures for their defense.
