Pakistan: Five Militants, One Constable Killed in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Operations

In a series of security operations across Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, five militants were killed, and police constable Abrar Hussain also lost his life in duty, Dawn newspaper reported yesterday.

The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) reported that three militants were gunned down during a joint intelligence-based operation in Mohmand district, where forces also seized arms and explosives.

In Dera Ismail Khan, a wanted militant, Sifatullah alias Mullah Mansoor, was killed, while three others sustained injuries. Additionally, one militant was neutralized in North Waziristan. The ISPR emphasized the commitment of Pakistan’s security forces and law enforcement agencies to maintain peace and stability, underscoring that such sacrifices only strengthen their resolve. Previously, four militants were killed in a separate operation in Tank district.
