Eleven Lebanese civilians, including two infants, were killed in Israeli airstrikes overnight on southern Lebanon, with strikes targeting residential areas, vehicles, and emergency personnel, according to Lebanon’s National News Agency.

Nine people were martyred when an Israeli airstrike struck a three-story residential building in the town of Kfar Rumman, while two paramedics were martyred after a drone targeted an ambulance belonging to the Al-Risala Association in the same area.

The attacks also hit several locations in southern Lebanon, including Kfar Rumman, Arab Salim, and Nabatieh al-Fawqa. In Deir Zahrani, an airstrike struck a building shortly after an evacuation warning was issued by the Israeli army, according to local reports.

Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health said that the death toll from the Israeli escalation between March 2 and September 6 had reached 4,362 martyrs, with 12,378 others injured.

The latest casualties come amid continued tensions along the Lebanon-Israel border, where residential neighborhoods, civilian infrastructure, and medical teams have repeatedly been affected by the ongoing strikes.

Lebanese authorities and humanitarian organizations have raised concerns over the impact of the escalation on civilians, particularly as attacks continue to affect populated areas in southern Lebanon and place additional pressure on emergency and medical services.
