A series of Israeli airstrikes on various regions of Lebanon on Wednesday, May 6, resulted in the martyrdom of seven individuals and left several others injured. The strikes come amid heightened tensions and military escalation, with warnings for residents to evacuate several towns in anticipation of further attacks.

According to Lebanese National News Agency, four individuals were martyred in strikes targeting the town of Zalayah in Western Bekaa in eastern Lebanon. Additionally, Israeli drones carried out four airstrikes on the town of Mevdon, hitting the area around the official school, which led to the martyrdom of two people. This was accompanied by heavy artillery shelling.

In the south, an Israeli drone targeted paramedics in the town of Deir Kifa, resulting in the injury of three medical staff. Another airstrike in the town of Addshiet in the Nabatieh district claimed the life of one person.

As the military escalation continues, air raid sirens were heard in the Israeli settlement of Shtula in the Upper Galilee, near the Lebanese border. Simultaneously, the Israeli military issued evacuation orders for residents of twelve towns in the south and Bekaa Valley, warning them of imminent strikes targeting what the military described as Hezbollah infrastructure.
