Tragic Fire Incident in Baramulla Destroys 8 to 10 Residential Houses

A devastating fire broke out on Monday evening in the Jalal Sahib area of Baramulla district, North Kashmir, resulting in damage to 8 to 10 residential houses.
A senior official from the Fire and Emergency Services reported that all resources are being utilized to control the blaze.
According to reports, the fire erupted from a residential house in the Jalal Sahib area of Baramulla on Monday evening, quickly engulfing several adjacent houses.
It has been revealed that the Fire and Emergency personnel, along with local residents, immediately initiated firefighting efforts. However, approximately a dozen residential houses have suffered damage in this incident.
Furthermore, the fire has resulted in millions of rupees worth of property being reduced to ashes, leaving nearly a dozen families forced to live under open skies.
A senior official from Fire and Emergency Services informed UNI Urdu that upon receiving reports of the fire in the residential area of Jalal Sahib, the fire brigade personnel promptly arrived at the scene.
The official stated that with the assistance of seven fire tenders, the fire was brought under control, although 8 to 10 residential houses sustained damage in the incident.
The officer added that complete details of the damages would only be available after the firefighting operations are concluded.
It is noteworthy that in the past week, various fire incidents in the Kashmir Valley have resulted in the destruction of 36 residential houses.
