APHC emphasizes settlement of Kashmir dispute for establishing lasting peace in region

The All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) stated recently that lasting peace in the region is not possible until the Kashmir dispute is settled according to the aspirations of the Kashmiris, Kashmir Media Service reported.

The organization has criticized the BJP regime for misleading the world about the situation in Kashmir, expressing serious concern over the continued illegal detention of several individuals.

APHC also condemned the denial of Jumatul-Wida and Eid prayers at the historic Jamia mosque in Srinagar, and lamented the “miserable lives” of Kashmiris due to repeated siege and search operations by the Modi regime.
