Security intensified in Baghdad ahead of martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim

The Governor of the Iraqi Capital, Baghdad, has announced today Thursday, that the security forces will begin on Friday blocking streets leading to Holy Khadimiya ahead of martyrdom anniversary of Imam Musa Al-Kadhim.

A high-level meeting was held earlier to discuss preparations and security preparedness for the massive pilgrimage which will be held on the 25th of the month of Rajab.

It is worth mentioning that millions of Shia followers of AhlulBayet participate annually in the commemoration of the martyrdom of Imam Musa al-Akadhim, peace be upo him, both from Iraq and from other countries.
