Panorama called ‘Fatimid Season of Sorrows’ opens in Bein al-Haramein

The area between the Two Holy Shrines in the holy city of Karbala (Bein al-Haramein) witnessed the opening of the panorama of the sixteenth ‘Fatimid Season of Sorrows,’ on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Lady Zahraa (peace be upon her) according to the second narration, in the presence of many Shias of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them.

The Fatimid Sorrows Festival, which is held for the sixteenth year in a row, aims to show the injustice subjected to Lady Zahraa (peace be upon her), who made countless sacrifices and endured greatly in order to deliver her message to all mankind.

The festival is held every year, with photo exhibitions that embody the grievance of Al-Zahraa (peace be upon her), with efforts from the servants of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) and Mawakib organizers, and under the supervision of the Department of Husseini Processions and Rituals in Iraq and the Islamic World, affiliated with the Imam Hussain and al-Abbas Holy Shrines.
