World Conference on Reviving Heritage of Karbala Scholars, namely Sheikh Muhammad Taqi Shirazi

The administration of the Karbala Center for Studies and Research, affiliated to Imam Hussein Holy Shrine, held its periodic meeting to discuss the final preparations for the launch of the activities of the International Conference on Reviving the Heritage of Karbala Scholars, namely (Sheikh Muhammad Taqi Shirazi Thought and Leadership).

The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Nazir Jabbar Al-Hindawi, the scientific assistant, members of the advisory board, Amir Kamel, the administrative assistant, Dr. Amir Al-Shammari, head of the Public Relations and Media Division, and Mustafa Mohsen Shaker, representative of Arbaeen Pilgrimage Division.

 The attendees discussed the number of researches and the conference strategy, as well as the names of the heads of the research sessions to be held during the conference, which discuss and document the biography of the religious authority, Sheikh Shirazi, the leader of the Twentieth Revolution.

It should be noted that the objectives of the conference are to introduce the personality, upbringing and life of Sheikh Muhammad Taqi Al-Shirazi, and to clarify his scientific and practical status and to highlight his political and leadership thought, as well as to study his role in addressing and resisting the British occupation.
