Ahlulbayt Foundation sets up a tent for religious inquiries in Najaf
The Ahlulbayt Cultural and Charitable Foundation in Basra has started to set up a tent for religious inquiries in Najaf province to serve the Arbaeen pilgrims.
In a statement received by Shia Waves News Agency, the Foundation stated that, in compliance with the directives of the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi, on the blessed Arbaeen Pilgrimage, the Foundation started to erect a tent for religious inquiries in Najaf to serve the pilgrims.
The statement added that the tent presents various programs and activities, including visiting processions (Mawkibs) and mourning ceremonies, answering the pilgrims’ various questions, providing children with identification cards, distributing publications of the Arbaeen Pilgrimage and medals bearing the image of the dome of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, and the slogan (Hussein Unites Us).
It also distributes a collection of books of His Eminence, Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, and performs congregational prayers daily.
Since the first day of its launch, the tent has witnessed a great turnout by pilgrims to take advantage of its services.
