Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation in Holy Karbala discusses preparations for serving the Arbaeen pilgrims
The Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development in Holy Karbala discussed the preparations to serve the Arbaeen pilgrims.
The Foundation, in a statement received by Shia Waves News Agency, said that “in the weekly periodic meeting, it discussed the experiences, preparations, plan, projects and activities to serve the Arbaeen pilgrims, due to its great importance and distinguished international and local presence,” in the presence of its Chairman, Sheikh Dr. Mustafa al-Muhammadi, its Director Abdul-Sahib al-Keshwan, and members of the foundation.
Sheikh al-Muhammadi listened to the suggestions and opinions presented by the department officials regarding the preparations of their departments to serve the pilgrims of Abu Abdullah Al-Hussein, peace be upon him, stressing that the foundation opened the doors for cooperation with everyone who provides the slightest good service to the pilgrims of Imam Al-Hussein, peace be upon him.
Al-Keshwan presented a preliminary working paper on the Foundation’s activities and projects that it intends to carry out during the blessed pilgrimage.
According to the statement, the directors of the departments affirmed the readiness of their departments to provide services to the pilgrims and to cooperate among the departments to serve them, pointing to the communication with volunteers to provide services, especially on the Babylon-Karbala road, due to the importance of the road that is passed by millions of pilgrims.
The statement stressed the readiness to distribute the service stations that the Foundation installs annually on the pilgrims’ way to provide services to them.
It is worth noting that the Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation was launched under the auspices of the Office of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi, and since its foundation, it has paid special attention to the Arbaeen Pilgrimage and exerted extensive and great efforts in it.
