Husseini processions launch campaign to clean streets of holy Karbala

Under the slogan ‘Cleaning Holy Karbala is our Responsibility,’ Husseini processions under the auspices of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi public relations office have launched a campaign to clean the streets of holy Karbala.

The cleaning activities are carried out after the Husseini processions complete their mourning ceremonies.

It is worth mentioning that the cleaning campaign includes a number of streets in holy Karbala such al-Qibla Street of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, and other streets.

The campaign is conducted in collaboration with Karbala municipality.
