Shirazi-affiliated foundations provide Afghan families with financial assistance

Foundations, centers and institutions affiliated to Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq al-Husseini al-Shirazi in Afghanistan continue to provide assistance to Afghan families.

On Sunday, the office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in a statement received by Shia Waves Agency, said: “The honorable Authority institutions continue to provide the necessary assistance to poor families and the families of orphans and needy people in Afghanistan to help them with difficult living conditions.”

 It continued, “Al-Rasul Al-Akram Foundation the city of Mazar-i-Sharif in Afghanistan has provided cash financial assistance to hundreds of families of orphans in the country.”

 The statement pointed out that “the aid provided comes at a time when these families are going through very difficult living conditions,” stressing that “His Eminence the Grand Ayatollah Shirazi recommended caring for the Afghan families and all Shias in the world.”
