‘Afghanistan Winter Appeal’ by Imam Hussein Charity

Imam Hussein Charity, affiliated with the Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Shirazi, is running their annual Afghanistan winter appeal. The campaign is ‘Heat a Home’ as Afghanistan winter is one of the most brutal with temperatures dropping to -25 degrees Celsius and below.

This leaves people extremely vulnerable to diseases such as pneumonia, acute respiratory illness, and malnutrition.

The ‘Heat a Home’ campaign aims to provide families with enough coal to heat up the household throughout the harsh winter months.
