Hazara Shia Man Killed in Uruzgan, Afghanistan

A 27-year-old Hazara Shia man, identified as Abdul Azim Noori, was stabbed to death in Seyedan village in Khas Uruzgan district.

According to Shi’a Waves Agency, citing Afghanistan’s Tolo News, local sources said the killing was motivated by ethnic tensions and was intended to pressure Hazara residents to leave the area.

Two individuals have been arrested in connection with the incident and are being questioned by Taliban authorities.
