In a statement, Rasoul stated that a special force from the Counter-Terrorism Service carried out a surprise operation based on a major intelligence effort, which resulted in the killing of two ISIS leaders while they were trying to flee, and the arrest of two others in Daquq district, south of Kirkuk province.
He pointed out that “another special force carried out a duty that resulted in the arrest of two dangerous ISIS terrorists in the Karma district, northeast of Fallujah.”
