Followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, around the world are preparing to launch ‘Imam al-Hayat Blood Donation Campaign’ on the birth anniversary of Imam Hussain, peace be upon him.

The organizers have called for participation in the campaign, which will be launched on 28 March 2020, with the aim of helping patients and the needy in hospitals.

The campaign is held every year in Bein al-Haramein, near the holy shrine of Aba Al-Fadhel Al-Abbas, peace be upon him.

It is noteworthy that the campaign will be launched in Arab and foreign countries, including Iraq, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, US and Oman.

‘Imam al-Hayat Blood Donation Campaign’ is a volunteer campaign launched in 2012, based on the directive of the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi, to make the blessed birthday a day for giving and humanity.
