A workshop is planned to be held in the Swedish capital of Stockholm to discuss the questions and challenges facing Muslim youths.
The Imam Ali (AS) Islamic Center in the city will organize the event on March 7, according to the center.
The youth are facing various challenges in society today, it said, adding that the fast speed of technological, scientific and economic advances in modern society has given rise to questions about identity and beliefs among the youth.
“How can one face these challenges? Can one live as a faithful Muslim in the Swedish society today, for instance? How can we be an exemplary Swedish Muslim?”
Such questions will be discussed at the workshop, which will be held in English under the supervision of Sheikh Ayub Rashid, a university scholar from London, the center went on to say.
