A young Malaysian graduate at the Industrial Computing Branch, Ahmed Fayrouz, designed an application called “Recite Lab Sdn Bhd” to help learn the Noble Qur’an and read difficult verses.
Fairuz said, “I found that many Muslims do not have access to professors of the Qur’an to correct their mistakes in reading verses, so I designed this app.”
Users can anonymously record themselves reciting a Quranic verse for 5 minutes and then receive feedback from a pool of qualified reviewers within an average wait time of 3 hours.
It is worth noting that the first version of this application was launched in 2016 and includes over 75 thousand users.
