More than 180 girls participate in Sayeda Ruqayya Summer Quranic Course in Damascus

The Zaynabiyya Women’s Seminary, affiliated with the religious authority of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, in Damascus, Syria, held its summer course entitled “The Course of Sayeda Ruqayya,” peace be upon her.

The Zaynabiyya Women’s Seminary, affiliated with the religious authority of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, in Damascus, Syria, held its summer course entitled “The Course of Sayeda Ruqayya,” peace be upon her.

More than 180 girls participated in the course, which was held in the honorable courtyard of Sayeda Ruqayya Holy Shrine in the capital.  

This course and other courses for women started from the beginning of the month of Dhu al-Qi’dah al-Haram last year, and continue until the end of the month of Dhul-Hijjah this year.

This course includes many topics and lessons, including the Holy Quran, jurisprudence and the biography of the infallible Imams, peace be upon them, in addition to memorizing the sermons of Fatima Zahra, peace be upon her.
