Over one million pilgrims arrive to Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj

The Directorate said the number of pilgrims arriving by air stood at 1,020,562, by land 53,842, and by sea 10,358.
A total of 132,126 male and female pilgrims have arrived in the Kingdom via the Makkah Route Initiative (MRI) on board 329 flights during the period Dhul Qa’dah 1–25. Of these, 81,583 arrived in Jeddah and 50,354 in Madinah.
