Human Rights Watch said that Syrian opposition fighters committed “war crimes” and “crimes against humanity” in 17 car bomb attacks Homs and some areas of the Damascus’s countryside.
HRW said the Syrian opposition violated the laws of war, noting that many people lost their lives by different attacks ranging from car bombs to explosive belts’ attacks in various parts of the country.
