‘The Imam of Life Campaign for Blood Donation’ witnesses wide participation of citizens in Kuwait

In Kuwait, the activities of ‘The Imam of Life Campaign for Blood Donation’ were launched in conjunction with the birth anniversary of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, with the presence and participation of Ayatollah Sayyid Ahmed al-Shirazi, son of the Supreme Religious Authority.
A statement by those in charge of the campaign stated that it is based on the blessed biography of the Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, and the lesson from Imam Hussein’s renaissance, and as in previous years, on the birth anniversary of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, The Imam of Life Campaign for Blood Donation was launched.
It added that a large number of followers of Ahlulbayt, peace be upon them, participated in the campaign, with the aim of helping the sick.
The activities were launched in a number of countries this year, including Iraq, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Oman, Germany, the USA and other countries, where the collected blood was presented to health and medical centers.
‘The Imam of Life Campaign for Blood Donation’ is a voluntary campaign launched in 2012 by a group of Ahlulbayt followers that is being held in a number of countries on the birth anniversary of Imam Hussein, peace be upon him, based on the directives of Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Sadiq Al-Husseini Al-Shirazi.
