According to akher.news website, the four-day expo was launched on Monday by the country’s Awqaf and Religious Affairs Ministry.
Visitors learn about the history of printing the Quran in Algeria and also see a number of old Quran manuscripts.
Other data-x-items on display in the exhibition include some traditional means used for teaching memorization of the Quran.
On the sidelines of the expo, workshops are being held in which calligraphers teach visitors the basic principles of Arabic calligraphy.
