Shias of Ahlulbait celebrate 9th of Rabiul Awal

Lovers and followers of Ahlulbait, peace be upon them, have celebrated the Second Eid al-Ghadeer, also known as Eid al-Zahraa, on the ninth of Rabiul Awal.

 

 

Lovers and followers of Ahlulbait, peace be upon them, have celebrated the Second Eid al-Ghadeer, also known as Eid al-Zahraa, on the ninth of Rabiul Awal.

Shia Muslims across the world attended ceremonies to celebrate the Eid along with orators, preachers, scholars that tell the story of the Eid, and announcing the Bara’a, to deny allegiance to the enemies of Ahlulbait, peace be upon them, and Willaya, to pay allegiance to Ahlulbait, peace be upon them.

Shias around the world have held the ceremonies in mosques, community centers and even street corners by chanting religious verses, and serving variety of sweets and soft drinks.

Shia media outlets were also in a celebratory mood, intermittently interrupting the regular programs to broadcast images from the holy shrines.
