Adam Center for Defending Rights and Freedom condemned the bombings that hit the Iraqi capital Baghdad in the early days of Ramadan, which killed and wounded dozens of innocent civilians.
The center said in a statement that “The actions of these Takfiri groups violate the sanctity of this great month and the human soul, which Allah has forbidden to shed even one drop of blood without right. It also proves the extent of the terrorist groups’ brutality and those who stand behind them.
The statement also expressed the state of shock at the Arab countries that met in Riyadh under the banner of Islam and claimed that they are fighting terrorism, while not bothering to condemn these crimes or even send a message of condolences to their Arab and Muslim brothers in Baghdad.
The statement demanded the opening of an urgent investigation to know how the car bombs arrived into the cities crowded with civilians during the month of Ramadan, and the announcement of the results of the investigation on public opinion.
