Qasim Moslih, a commander in PMU, who previously announced the preparations for launching an extensive military operation against the rest of ISIS militants in Mosul, Iraq, said that they attacked the ISIS convoy based on a tip-off they received from reliable sources.
He also said that they would proceed with their operation until the last ISIS militant is eliminated.
