Security and human rights situations for Shia Muslims did not differ in the days of Ashura this year from the rest of the previous years, especially at the level of terrorist targeting or violations of tyranny practiced by some dictatorial regimes around the world.

Shia Rights Watch International organization monitored, through its delegates deployed in many of the abusive countries, especially in terms of the nature of violations to the participants in the Husseini rituals in Ashura.
