Shia Muslims worldwide are donned in black marking the tragic martyrdom anniversary of the seventh infallible Imam, Imam Musa el-Kadhim, peace be upon him.

Black banners were raised on the top of al-Jawadain domes as a sign of sadness marking the martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Kadhim, peace be upon him.

Witnesses from the Iraqi capital of Baghdad said, hundreds of pavilion and religious processions are prepared to begin the commemorative ceremony of Imam Moussa al-Kadhim on the twenty-fifth of the month of Rajab.

Minister of Health and Environment Adila Hammoud announced that Health Ministry conducted medical preparations and contingency plans for such special occasion
